Re-registering with Nelson Bay – You will need to complete both the Club form and the Association form and post them, along with cash/cheque/money order payments to Registrar, NBDJSC, PO Box 60, Nelson Bay, 2315
New players – If not previously registered with FFA use our Club form but do not use the attached association form. You will need a New Players FFA registration form that can be obtained at all grading / skills trials or by contacting me at registrar@nelsonbaysoccer.com.au. Along with the club and new players FFA form you will need to bring proof of age identification such as birth certificate or passport, and cash, cheque or money order payment.
Postal Registration – Existing players print and complete both forms, then mail with cheque or money order made out to NBDJSC. Postal address – Registrar, NBDJSC, PO Box 60, Nelson Bay, 2315. Cheque or Money Order only. These Forms need to be received ASAP if you wish to be considered for a team. Contact club registrar at registrar@nelsonbaysoccer.com.au for FFA numbers, cost calculations, and further information on registration.
